A few things you need to know before placing your order
Models:
I build guitars on the base of my Models. Nevertheless, if you are looking for something else feel free to contact me and we will talk about it.
Guitar Specifications:
Unless otherwise specified, your guitar will be build according to the Model’s standard specifications as mentioned on the Model’s page. Of course, before starting your guitar we will make a final clarification of all specifications.
Guitar Price:
The Price is the “Base Price” as specified on the Model’s page (in USD), unless you request changes that raise the price. This Price does not include shipping costs and eventual applicable taxes in your country (Israeli residents add an extra 17% VAT to the Price)
Shipping Costs:
Your guitar will ship with EMS and you will receive a tracking number. Delivery time is usually less than a week. Shipping costs to USA is US$120, US$90 to Europe. For other countries, I will let you know.
Payment:
Down payment of US$800 through PayPal before starting the build and the remaining balance to be paid with a bank wire before the guitar ships.
Building Time:
9 to 12 weeks (depends on the workload) from date of down payment. Of course, I will let you know when you will place your order.
Return and Refund:
Return within 7 days of receipt. Full refund through PayPal less shipping charges, Israeli Returning Custom Taxes and PayPal fees, after receiving the item in original condition.
